Terms of Service

1.Acceptance

By creating a Sidepockt account or using the service you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you are using Sidepockt for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.

2.The service

Sidepockt is a companion app for ClickFunnels. It reads data from the ClickFunnels workspaces you connect and shows it to you, with notifications. Sidepockt is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by ClickFunnels or Etison LLC. ClickFunnels is a trademark of Etison LLC.

3.Your account

You need a valid email address. Sign-in is by one-time code; keep your email secure. One person is the account owner and is responsible for the account, its billing, and everyone they invite. You must be 18 or older.

4.Acceptable use

Connect only ClickFunnels workspaces you own or are authorized to connect. Do not use Sidepockt to scrape, resell or redistribute data, to interfere with the service, or to break any law. We may suspend accounts that do.

5.ClickFunnels dependency

Sidepockt depends on the ClickFunnels API. It works only with ClickFunnels plans that include API access (Scale, Optimize and Dominate at the time of writing). If ClickFunnels changes, limits or interrupts its API, parts of Sidepockt may stop working and we are not responsible for that. Numbers in Sidepockt are read from ClickFunnels and reconciled nightly; ClickFunnels remains the system of record.

6.Beta

While Sidepockt is in beta the service is free and provided as-is. Features may change or be removed. We may end the beta at any time with at least 7 days' notice in the app and by email. When the beta ends you will need to choose a paid plan to keep using Sidepockt. Beta users are offered founder pricing as described in the app at that time; converting beta users are not eligible for a free trial.

7.Plans, trials and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Prices are shown in the app and may change with 30 days' notice; changes do not affect a locked founder discount.
• New accounts after the beta may start with a free trial. A valid card is required to start a trial. You will not be charged before the trial ends, and we email you before the first charge.
• You can cancel at any time from Settings. Access continues to the end of the paid period. We do not refund partial months.
• If a payment fails we retry for 7 days and then pause notifications until payment is updated.
• Plan limits (workspaces, teammates, clients) apply. Downgrading below your current usage requires disconnecting workspaces or removing members first.
• Founder pricing is a percentage discount applied for as long as the subscription remains active without interruption. It ends if the subscription is cancelled or lapses.

8.Team and client access

Owners may grant teammates and clients read-only access to chosen workspaces or funnels. Owners are responsible for what they share. Members must comply with these terms. We may remove any member's access at an owner's request.

9.Data accuracy

We work to keep numbers current and label how fresh they are, but Sidepockt may be behind or unavailable at times. Do not rely on Sidepockt as your sole record for accounting, tax or legal purposes.

10.Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, with notice where practical. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sidepockt and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, and disputes will be handled in the courts located there, unless local law gives you other rights.

13.Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will email account owners before it takes effect and update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after that date means you accept the change.
